COMMUNE DE BAMENDA 2E: CONSULTATION NOTICE N°02/RQ/B.II.ClTB/B.II.C/B.ll.SD/MEZAM/NW/2021 OF 26/01/2021 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL APPARATUS TO NTAMBAG INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE IN BAMENDA II COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION
1. Objet
Within the framework of 2021 Public Investment Budget, the Lord Mayor of Bamenda II Council, the Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the supply of Medical APPARATUS to Ntambag Integrated Health Centre in Bamenda II Council Area Mezam Division of the North West Region.

3. Coût prévisionnel
The estimated cost after preliminary studies stands for eight million (8 000 000) CFA Francs.
4. Délai de livraison
The deadline of execution is thirty (30) days from the date of notification of this fobbing Order to begin.
5. Allotissement
The Supply is in a single lot: The supply of medical equipment to NTAMBAG INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE
6. Participation et origine
Participation to this consultation is opened to Cameroon Small and Medium Size Enterprises that ore in compliance with the laws of the land.
7. Financement
The project shall be financed by the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development for 2021 Public-Investment Budget.
8. Consultation du dossier
The Consultation File could be consulted in the Department of Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council Office after the publication of this consultation.
9. Acquisition du dossier
The file could be obtained in the Technical Service of Bamenda II Council Office with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non- refundable fee of 18 000 ( eighteen thousand) FCFA into Bamenda II Council Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the Quotation File.
10. Remise des offres
Complete bidders files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in seven (07) copies including one (01) original file and six (06) copies not later than the 19 February 2021 at 10:00 AM latest time in sealed envelopes, in the Technical Service of the Bamenda II Council bearing the inscription :

11. Cautionnement provisoire
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance and whose list Is found in this Consultation File, of an amount of 160 000 CFA (One Hundred and Sixfy thousand Francs) CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
12. Ouverture des plis
Bids will be opened on the 19 February 2021 at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the Bamenda II Council, by the Bamenda II Internal Tenders Board, in presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desired.
13. Durée de validité des offres
The bidder is bound by his bid for a period of sixty (60) days with effect from the deadline fixed for submission of the bids.

Complementary information, which could be technical in nature, can be obtained from the Bamenda II Council Office.
