A Quotation Request File including the conditions of submission, a description of the work and the envisaged contractuel conditions, Is made available by the Mayor of the Municipality of BIbémi, Contracting Authority, on behalf of the Mayor of the Municipality of Bibémi, Master Works, to any qualified company interested in carrying out the said works.

Participation in this call for compétition is open to Companies having submitted a prequalification request file and being registered by the régional services of PRODEL in the followlng area of intervention : PASTORAL INFRASTRUCTURES. Participation în this call for compétition is aiso open to any Company able to meet the administrative, technical and financial qualification conditions as defined in the quotation request fîle.

9. Acquisition du dossier
The Quotation Request File can be collected free of charge at the Bibémi Town Hall in Bibémi (the said Commune’s Secrétariat), or at PRODEL Zone 1 in Garoua, POUMPOUMRE district, 200m from the municipal stadium from…………………. during working days, between 08 AM and 3 :30 PM, upon publication of this Notice.

– The tenderer will place the original and six copies of his tender in a sealed envelope addressed to the Mayor of the Munlcipality of Bibémi, Contracting Authorlty, at the town hall of blbemi (secretary of the mayor of the said municipality)
